I’m currently working on a new book — a guide to surviving toxic workplaces, based on real experiences and designed to help others recognize and recover from emotional harm at work.
I'm also dabbling in screenwriting — exploring the early drafts of a feature film rooted in emotion, identity, and the quiet stories we carry.
